Thanks for your comments about ghosts, Leann. It sounds like your faith has provided many answers for you. When Jesus appears before his disciples, it leads me to beleive it's also possible for others, newly dead to appear to their loved ones.

Mary sees both angels and Jesus but only believes when she hears him call her name. Thomas also requires something more than sight to believe--to touch Jesus' wounds.

Between these two individuals, at the center of the chiasm, is Jesus' appearance to the disciples as a group, who recognize him by seeing his wounds and in whose presence Jesus imparts the Holy Spirit.

the problem with what you said is that Jesus was no longer dead but alive.he raised to life not to death.he is alive and in his spirial body.he was no cant touch a ghost.and they cant touch you.angels have been here for ever.and some times they can be seen.but fallen angels can to.this is what people are dealing with.Jesus is alive in all sences of the word.that is why when we leave here we arent dead but alive in says in the word of God Jesus is the Lord of the living not the dead.cause we are alive there not dead.those who are dead in their sins are really dead.the soul lives one place or the other doesnt wonder this earth forever.cant explain it it any better then this.I will find the word that tells the truth as soon as I get the time it is in the bible.just dont have time to look it up now.thomas touched spirital flesh.

Good point, Leann, about not being dead but alive. Also Jesus is God and do what He likes, in a way. I am always suspicious when people say their departed loved ones have appeared to them because those appearances never say "only look at Jesus", they always have another, apparently good but Christ-less message.

Wishing you a joyful, holy and blessed 2007. Margi (formerly of Doves & Pomegranates)

Okay I undestand, and you shouldn't feel sad for me...I don't even feel sad for me...I just have questions that I need anwser from him and I am sure he will not kill me...I know him and I have seen him drunk and I have seen him mad...I stood next to him as broke a glass window and he never turned to me...I am sure he would not hurt me like that...But I just do not want you to feel sad for me...I like to keep positive....And in some way it does seem like your life, like you went thru the same things but God bless and take care-perez
